Delivery and Return

We deliver worldwide from our family house atelier

Please note:
– We are unable to cancel an order once it has left our atelier
– The delivery cost is non-refundable for returns
– Delivery to rural addresses may take longer

  • By ‘Object’ we consider the item, hangtag(s), dust bag(s) and box.
  • Object(s) must be returned to us in perfect condition.
  • Make sure all objects are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.
  • All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
  • All objects that come in their own box, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged box.
  • Accessories should be returned with their dust bag as this is considered part of the object.
  • When returning by mail, please make sure to return the object inside another solid carton box, to not damage the object.
  • SZY reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
  • Leave your parcel at your nearest delivery service point, preferably the same one as where you collected your order.
